Clinics

Capitol Sports Academy periodically hosts clinics for groups of students. Clinics are typically focused on Baseball or Softball hitting, pitching, and/or catching. Clinics are typically open to first come first serve but if you’d like to coordinate a dedicated camp for your team or group of athletes, please contact CoachWalt@Capitolsportsacademy.com and we’ll design a clinic for your group.

Individual Rates

Open Cage Rental

Individual instruction rate with a CSA staff member varies depending on the trainer and add-ons. Generally, rates are $60-$80 per hour.

Individual sessions include a dedicated cage, complete access to our training equipment, a CSA instructor, customized workout regiments, at-home training materials, and recorded metrics in our database to track progress.

Reserve your own cage for hitting, pitching or catching practice for $20 per 30 minute session or $35 per 60 minute session. Cage Rental requires a parent or guardian to catch for a pitcher or operate hitting machine. CSA will provide pitching machine, protective screen, practice balls, and a dedicated cage. We generally do not have staff available to feed a pitching machine unless you’ve booked a private lesson.

Capitol Sports Academy can accommodate whole team hitting, strength and conditioning, and pitching practice. Call or email for rates and availability
